The Honours Boards

The Honours Boards lined the entrance to the Apprentice School and proudly displayed the achievements of the Apprentices.

By 1968, it appears that all the available wall space in the entrance to the Apprentice School had been taken up by Honours Boards. A record of another ten years of attainment has been discovered in one of three Apprentice Record books which came to light in 2011 in a farmer's barn at Crowland. This brought the record up to 1979. It is not known if a record of exam successes after this date still exists.
