In this section, we hope to provide solutions to commonly arising problems experienced
while viewing this website. If there is a problem you are having which is not
answered below, please see the Contact Us page for
details on how to contact the site administrators. The topics we're currently
covering are shown below. Click on each heading to be taken to the topic:
"The photographs seem fuzzy or the captions are blurred."
When you open a photograph, do you see a symbol (like the one shown below)
when your mouse cursor is placed over the bottom right hand corner of the
photograph? If so, click
on the symbol and the photograph will expand to its full size and clarity.
Remember that you may have to use the scroll bars at the right hand side and
the bottom of the screen to see the whole photograph.
To ensure that the photographs are always enlarged, change your Internet settings
as follows:
From within Internet Explorer, choose Tools from the menu running across
the top of the screen.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll down the list of options until you reach Multimedia.
Click on the tick against "Enable automatic image resizing" so that
the box is blank.
Click on OK.
Click on OK.
"I can't see new photographs or content which I have been assured are
there."
This is usually a browser caching problem. By default, Internet Explorer caches,
or stores, photographs to increase the speed at which web pages open. To ensure
that you are seeing the latest content, we recommend that you change your
Internet settings thus:
From within Internet Explorer, choose Tools from the menu running across
the top of the screen.
On the General tab, click on the Settings button in the Temporary
Internet Files section.
When the Settings window appears, click on "Every visit to the page"
under "Check for newer versions of stored pages".
Next to the "Amount of disk space to use" slider, enter 5 in the white
box.
Click on OK
Click on OK
Alternatively, press the F5 key if you suspect that the page you are viewing
may be out of date.
The above advice applies to Internet Explorer 6. The process will be similar
in earlier versions of Internet Explorer, but please use the e-mail link at
the top of the page to ask advice as necessary.

find this to be the case and wish to contribute something to either section,
please see the Contact Us page for details on
how to send your comments to us and we will add them once the section is up
and running again.
